Alfredo Muñoz

Marketing Director

Alfredo Muñoz joined BGMC as Director of Marketing in December 2022. Alfredo oversees all marketing and earned revenue channels. He works closely with Executive Director Sarah Shoffner on strategic planning and other initiatives to continue BGMC’s remarkable record of success. Most recently, Alfredo served as Corporate Relations Manager for Boston Ballet, where he oversaw the development of strategic partnerships with corporate partners on the local, national, and international levels. While working at Poppulo (Waltham, MA), he served as a founding member and officer for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programming. Previous employers include Verne Q. Powell Flutes (Maynard, MA), Pacific Chorale (Costa Mesa, CA), Pacific Symphony (Irvine, CA), and Baroque Music Festival Corona Del Mar (Newport Beach, CA).

Alfredo is currently a degree candidate at the Harvard Kennedy School. He holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Boston University and a Bachelor of Music in Flute Performance from California State University, Fullerton. He received additional training from the League of American Orchestras and The Juilliard School as an Essentials of Orchestra Management graduate.
